Limited Labor Warranty

Countryside Contractors warrants to the original purchaser of products that the labor used in the installation of those products to be free from defects for a period of three years.

This warranty covers the labor provided by Countryside Contractors during installation.  Product warranties are provided and maintained by the individual manufacturers of the products purchased.

In the event of a defect in labor within three years following installation provided by Countryside Contractors, the defect will be corrected free of charge by Countryside Contractors.  Simply call Countryside Contractors and a service call will be issued to correct the defect.

Limitations:  This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the products installed.  Products must be maintained as specified by the manufacturer's warranty.  Any damage caused by acts of God or damage caused by failure to protect wood surfaces against moisture are not covered.  This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by building settlement or structural failures of walls or foundations.  Normal wear and tear on products installed is not considered to be a warranty issue.  Screens damaged after installation are not warranted under the labor warranty, but may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
